Well Enough Support Group - Survival Kit Crafting

Well Enough is our monthly support group for people living with HSD/EDS, POTS, MCAS, and other comorbidities led by Dr. Rita White. No diagnosis is necessary to attend.

Join us this month for a night of light crafting where we will be decorating tote bags to hold our POTS/hEDS/MCAS “survival kit”. We’ll supply the totes and crafting supplies and a list of things we recommend that you keep in your survival kit! If you’re not interested in crafting, you are more than welcome to come hang out and chat.
