Pelvic Health

If you're dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction such as incontinence, prolapse, or pelvic pain, traditional core exercises may feel out of reach.

Reformer Pilates can help by

  • Promoting a balanced core and engaged pelvic floor

  • Improving posture and breath

  • Reducing pressure on the abdomen and pelvic organs

  • Supporting better coordination between the diaphragm, core, and pelvic floor

We focus on intentional, guided movement to help you reconnect with your body and feel strong from the inside out.

Hypermobility

For those with joint hypermobility or connective tissue disorders, movement can be frustrating — or even scary. You might feel unstable, prone to injury or dislocations, or tired from everyday movement.

With Reformer Pilates, we focus on

  • Controlled joint range

  • Neuromuscular re-education

  • Proprioception (your body's sense of position and movement)

  • Functional strength and endurance without overloading joints

You don't need to push harder, you need to move smarter! We'll help you feel safe and support your movement to build a stable body.
