About the event
Intrinsic is excited to be teaming up with Dr. Anna McConville, a physical therapist who shares space with us at Intrinsic PT, to bring you a small-group movement class! This class will walk you through posture and stability retraining in a way that works for people living with hypermobility so that you can move more confidently in your body.
